The CAAS IV program, managed by Air Combat Command (ACC) Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC), is a strategic initiative entered into with Air Force District of Washington Contracting Division (AFDW/A7K). ACC AMIC supports Headquarters (HQ) ACC mission requirements, and AFDW/A7K supports HQAir Force (HAF), Secretary of the Air Force (SAF) organizations, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), and AFDW/A1 through A9 mission requirements. ITility and our team members provide advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to support and improve policy development, management and administration, and the operation of systems. Department of Homeland Security Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) Solutions
ITility has provided program management support to EAGLE prime vendor, Aerient, LLC. Aerient is a small business prime contractor under Functional Category 2, Tier 1; IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Services. As a contractor supporting FC2, Tier 1 EAGLE requirements, we provide IT O&M solutions, processes, and procedures necessary to sustain systems within the DHS Enterprise at the highest levels of service and availability consistent with cost, schedule, and performance objectives. These solutions are required across the DHS Infrastructure, to include, but not limited to, the following operational areas: Data Centers, Help Desks and Field Support Services (e.g., Desk-side support and LAN Administration), Network and Security Operations, and Collaboration Services (e.g., E-mail, Voice, and Video Services). This functional category includes the full range of O&M solutions, from maintaining and upgrading individual pieces of hardware and software to fully managed service solutions.
Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Encore – II
ITility is a subcontractor on the Data Systems Analysts, Inc. (DSA) Team. The objective of the Encore II contract is to provide global net-centric capabilities, attributes or services under multiple-award, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) task order type contracts that support the military services, the DoD and other Federal agencies. DITCO Contracting Officers are authorized to place task/delivery orders, and modifications thereto, against this contract for any U.S. federal agency.
Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)/TRICARE Management Activity (OASD(HA)/TMA) TRICARE-Acquisition, Automation, & Resource Management Support (T/AARMS)
ITility is a subcontractor on the T/AARMS IDIQ contract vehicle providing category 1, Key Infrastructure Operations Support to the Military Health System and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Health Affairs)/TRICARE Management Activity (OASD(HA)/TMA). The T/AARMS contract has a 1 year base period with 9 option periods and runs through 2017. The T/AARMS contract is composed of five tasks areas: Administrative Support Services; Procurement Support Services; Systems and Database Management; Budget, Financial, and Cost Estimation Services; and Information Technology Services, Facilities, and Support.
U.S. Department of Justice Information Technology Support Services (ITSS) IV
ITility is a subcontractor on the DOJ ITSS-IV IDIQ contract; designed to deliver state-of-the-art IT services for the DOJ and its agencies on a task order basis. ITSS IV requirements include services and capabilities spanning the entire systems development lifecycle. Designated as a Multiple Agency Contract (MAC), the ITSS IV vehicle is available nationwide and overseas for all federal agencies to satisfy their IT requirements, within the scope of the ITSS IV contracts. Hardware, software, and communications acquisitions, along with associated support services, are all allowed.
Peace Corps Third Party Systems Security Testing and Evaluation Services
ITility is the prime contractor providing Information Assurance Assessment and Systems Testing and Evaluation to include Certification and Accreditation support services (C&A) for all Peace Corps Systems, Applications, Databases, Inter-connections, and Network components, and modules. This includes testing and evaluating of all the major system components and boundaries as identified in Peace Corps Systems inventory.
